OUR METHOD: Slow Churn, Cold Pressed Masticating Juice Extracting methods take raw fresh produce, and create fresh, enzyme and nutrient rich, ”living” juice.  We refer to this as a “live" juice.  A live juice contains the highest possible amounts of micronutrients in the forms of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, phytochemicals, antioxidants, beneficial proteins, high nutrient unprocessed carbohydrates, healthy soluble fiber and more high quality trace nutrients.  Consumers report that by drinking fresh-made juice, they feel better, lose weight, feel more energetic and are overall healthier.   We are all told that we should eat 6-9 servings of vegetables and fruits every day, but who does it?  Juicing is an excellent way to achieve your proper daily nutrition needs by taking in the right amount of vegetables and fruit.  It is also an easy and delicious way to do it! 

OTHER JUICE SHOP METHODS:

Steam juicers do not create "fresh and live" juice. They actually cook the juice.  When the produce is heated, enzymes are lost and destruction of other nutrients occurs. Most canned or bottled juices purchased on store shelves have been heated so they are "shelf-stable", the problem is they are left devoid of enzymes and vital nutrients.  This type of juice has lower nutrient and beneficial health quality.  It is said one of the main benefits of raw juicing is the enzymatic and nutrient activity of the juice, which is lost when the juice is heated. While heated juice has a long shelf life, studies show it is actually detrimental to health.

High speed juicers work by using mechanical means to break open the cell walls of the produce (such as shredding, grinding, pulverizing or pressing) which extracts the juice out of the produce.   These types of juicers are termed centrifugal or centrifugal ejection juicers. They juice much faster, unfortunately just like heating juice methods, they compromise and destroy the important enzymes and nutrients. This leaves a nutritional void product that is high in sugar and detrimental to your health.
